Replace full "BTG-0042/2026" with compact [B] ↓ 0042/2026 format:
- Colored company badge (B=blue, US=violet, SDT=green, G=gray)
- Direction arrow icon (↓ green=intrat, ↑ orange=iesit, ↔ gray=intern)
- Plain number without prefix
